Secret Ninja’s Fitness is the FIRST fully online book and program I have written!
There are plenty of books out there dealing with the mental health of our teenage girls, but I wanted to write a practical guide that would help young women action their desires to be fitter and happier, all the while teaching them it’s really what’s on the inside that counts.
Secret Ninja’s fitness is an 8 week program – one introductory week followed by seven weeks of exercise, sleep and nutrition, that aims to reset the body clocks of its participants with early rising, High Intensity Interval Training first thing in the morning instead of long walks and runs, increased awareness of nutrition and an understanding of how to fuel your body for the day (and get it to do its job and burn that fuel efficiently so we don’t store it) and ways to treat common issues teenagers face such as acne, smelly feet, greasy hair and the rest.
HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?

In short, teenagers already have a delay in the production of Melatonin, a chemical that makes us feel sleepy when it gets dark at night.
Due to too many late bedtimes with homework (most of which is not being managed properly) and playing on computers, phones and watching tv (all studies show these flickering screens overstimulate the brain and keep you awake longer) most teenagers miss their sleep wave and go to bed too late.
Even with the sleeping in in the morning, they are already in sleep deficit, as teens need up to nine hours sleep a night.
SECRET NINJAS FITNESS TEACHES THE “WHY” AS WELL AS THE “HOW”!
Over seven weeks, Secret Ninja’s Fitness will teach you and your daughter how to activate her body clock to wake in the morning without drama or struggle, kick into a good metabolic state where she will burn fat effectively, find it easier to concentrate at school due to a more alert state, and manage her homework and study along with her regular daily exercise using our excellent time management tips and planners.
Best of all she will also go to bed on time each night, without distractions from internet connected devices, phones and more.

Parental involvement is one of the keys to this program’s success.
If you are someone who is unwilling to work with your teen – in other words, daily with them to achieve their fitness goals in the first few weeks, this book & program is probably not for you.
Some people might want to modify the program to get up later, or do exercise at a different time. Again, this won’t be a good match for you. There are plenty of books out there on how to do exercise. This is a complete program that changes the way a teenage girl sleeps, eats and achieves order in her daily life.
I challenge you to jump out of bed at the same time as your daughter (and many will need your assistance to get them out of bed for the first two weeks) and do the Secret Ninja’s Exercise program with them.
